When you book your appointment to visit a Barker and Stonehouse store we will send you an email with details of what to do next and you will be sent a reminder the day before your appointment.
On the day of your visit please come to the front of the queue where you will be met by our store greeter.

1. MEET & GREETERS
A member of staff will greet you at the store entrance to manage numbers of customers and update you on in-store protocols.
2. BE WISE & SANITISE
We have plenty of sanitising stations throughout the store which are regularly topped up and cleaned.
3. SOCIAL DISTANCING
We have placed 2m distance reminders throughout the store to ensure a 2m distance between customers.
4. ONE-WAY SYSTEM
A one-way system is in place in our stores that have 2 sets of stairs to ensure minimal passing.
5. SPICK & SPAN
Our cleaners are working very hard to ensure all our stores are kept spick and span at all times.
6. HERE TO HELP
Our friendly staff will be available to help you while maintaining the 2 metre distance.
7. SAFETY SCREENS
Perspex screens are installed at each pay point to protect our colleagues and customers.
